Meet Nick

Nick’s passion for physiotherapy began with a lifelong love of sport and staying active and has since grown into a deep commitment to supporting children and families. Over the past six years, he has worked exclusively in paediatrics, helping children from newborns through to teenagers reach their full potential in movement, development, and health.

He is currently completing further education; a Master of Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapy Practice at Monash University, building on his extensive clinical experience. Nick has also tutored in the Paediatric Lifespan unit at Monash, completed the APA Level 1&2 Paediatric Physiotherapy Courses, Advancing Skills in Paediatric Physiotherapy: Neonates and Infants course, and continues to expand his paediatric knowledge to provide the best possible care for the children and families he supports.

Beyond his formal training, Nick’s love for paediatrics has been shaped by his past roles as a tutor, volunteer with Heads Together for ABI, and hands-on experience working with families in the community. He is dedicated to making physiotherapy approachable, evidence-based, and effective — with the goal of helping children be healthier, happier, and more confident in their everyday lives.

Nick works with children aged 0 – 16 years.

Meet Mia

Mia developed her passion for physiotherapy through her involvement in athletics and surf lifesaving, where she developed a strong appreciation for movement, performance, and physical development. During her physiotherapy studies, Mia worked as a paediatric support worker, which sparked her interest in child and family health and the impact of early intervention.

Mia completed a Bachelor of Applied Movement Science and a Master of Physiotherapy at Victoria University. During her studies, she gained valuable clinical experience across a range of settings, including the Victorian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service (VPRS), paediatric inpatient care, and an elite sports environment with an AFL football club. These placements deepened her interest in both paediatrics and musculoskeletal development, highlighting the important role physiotherapy plays in helping children thrive.

Mia is passionate about delivering evidence-based, family-centred care and is committed to supporting children to build strength, coordination, and confidence through engaging, goal-focused therapy. Mia works with a variety of conditions for children aged 4 to 16.
